To get a clear vision it is often sufficient to change the point of view. Winston Churchill
An Indian elder speaks to his sons: "There are two wolves inside of me - a good one and a mean one."
"Which is stronger?", asks one son.
"The one I feed more."
Most of our responses are habitual, internalized routines. This frees our mind for creativity and the present moment, but the lack of awareness also makes it hard for us to change our patterns. Our choices aren’t really choices until we become conscious of them. Only then do we truly have a choice - and can decide to feed the "good wolf": Actions and behaviors that increase fulfillment and responsibility.
I support you to increase awareness about what is happening in the moment. This is where we find choice. It will be your spontaneity of thoughts, feelings, and impressions that guides our work. Rather than repeating the old, we will explore new behaviors.
I will accompany you with kindness and an open eye for new possibilities.
