What happens during a Hakomi or coaching session

Individual sessions last between 45-60 minutes. You can request a focus on either coaching or HakomiŽ - though usually we will discuss your goals and situation and I will make a suggestion.

A session will start with an invitation to slow down and to become mindful of your present experience - which will serve as a guide for our session. Feelings, sensations and memories will come up.

Curiosity and compassion will help us explore patterns and beliefs you have formed. With an open eye for new possibilities, I will kindly support you to stay in touch with whatever arises.

Awareness of how you relate to yourself, to others, or to your goals will bring understanding for the choices you have made. You will have insights into the new options available to you now.

Each session will leave you with a concrete idea how to nourish and integrate your insights into the daily reality of your life.
