Change happens to us - or we initiate it. Transition, as a result of that change, is our journey from the old to the new. Transitions are chance and challenge: They are a great opportunity to come closer to ourselves, to discover a new aspect of ourselves. At the same time, our very foundation is shaken up...
Deep transitions involve a "neutral zone" between the old and the new where the old is lost but something new has not yet emerged. Some describe this time as a journey through the "wilderness" or even like a trip to a "waste land". If this is where you find yourself, I offer a place to rest and to reflect, a space where it is safe to notice what comes up for you. Much will unfold from there.
Times of transition can be deeply challenging as familiar sources of strength and comfort have broken away.
